Administrative matters. When I started blogging about beer on the internet three or four years ago I never thought I would have all these administrative matters to deal with. Sure it would help if I just got the last contest's prizes out in the mail before I decided what the next contest would be - but who thought there would be all these administrative matters.

A few weeks ago, the first of a very probably infinite number of monthly massed beer blogging events we are calling "The Session" was held and it was all about stouts. It was all the idea of Stan Hieronymus of Appellation Beer and he only made one error - picking me to run the second session on Friday, April 6 2007. Why an error? Because I am now caught up in more administrative stuff - and stuff of my own making because I picked dubbels as the style for session number two, Session II, the Son of Session.

See, I know nothing of dubbels. Practically zippo. I just like them. Stan? Stan has even written a book which covers the style...even if it's something you can call a style. Me? I have had a few but what do I know? So I need your help and I am going to use this as a teaching moment and by that I mean one for me. I look to have confirmed my right to be taught. So on Friday, April 6 2007 you can all can do just that. Tell me about dubbels.
