With the expansion of beer blog HQ into new quarters comes the additional benefit of proper sub-surface cold storage. Some work needs to be done raising the corked bottle necks - and a few cases of vintage port would not go amiss - but suffice it to say staff morale is very high. Perhaps a McGivered cube fridge cooling unit may be added.

And to the right, just out of this shot is the old couch? Large screen TV? Foosball and darts? Pool table? More seating for your friends who wanna visit???

Damn nice stash! I recently set up a spot in the basement of my new home with an area for my stash. Right now the stash only contains wine and scotc, and some of my home brew. Again nice stash man!

Bravo on the new digs and first class stash. Mind out for those two bottles of raspberry though. Had one last week - more fruity than a bowl of jello.

Have you tried the little red cans? Quite the thing.<p>I am thinking I may try some further temperature control in the stash by adding some insulation on the ceiling and maybe even rigging an old cube fridge by removing its door. It was too warm in the heatwave. Can't have the onions sprouting.

Make sure you take the temp of all walls, doors, floor and ceiling and insulate the warmest one. Sounds obvious but you never know what might be behind a wall that is adding heat.

The warm one now - and I suspect the cold one later - is the ceiling as that is the front step above it.
