Things may be breaking down or maybe new wholesalers are at play. Finger Lake Beverages had a full line up of Jolly Pumpkin as well as the first 21st Amendment beers I have come across this far east including this 7% IPA... or is that a DIPA. It was a few years ago.
The beer pours a burnished orange gold with white froth and rim. Pungent orange ginger marmalade aromas. In the mouth not as big a malt bomb as this strength might have implied. Honey and again with the marmalade. The brewery tells is there are six hops in there which are neatly blended to give more of a trail of burn that the fully too often unfortunate effect. Waxy and spicy resinous but a bit weedy twiggy, too. Yet still a bit anesthetizing, Is this beer defeating my ability to taste it as I taste it?
Strong BAer respect... thought I am not sure what a tuscan cantelop is. A perfectly respectable can of good hoppy US craft IPA, America's gift to beer... like the banjo is to music. Perhaps not quite jazz but definitely the banjo. Not sure why Washington is shown as somewhat concerned on the packaging. He, more than perhaps any other, was the President who was a beer man.

I've been happy with most of 21st Amendment beers. I've just started finding them out in Michigan and Ohio. This was one of the first I had and it's far from my favorite IPA it wasn't bad. It didn't taste at all like traditional American IPA.
