The Cactus Club Cafe has debuted a new low alcohol option menu, offering half shot cocktails, lower alcohol beer and wine selections. Bar Operations Manager Sam Zavari says they made the menu for the customer. "What were finding is that people are scared because they don't fully understand what this new law means and they're not going out and drinking the way they used too. We obviously want to be responsible and we want to provide our customers with great options.
Good Lord. Have one. Have none. But realize this is how you now are getting soaked, how the trade leverages poor consumer decision making. Because you know what a great option is? Getting a cab! No one is saying get palooza-ed on your night out but, holy moley, have a little pride, a little self-control. And get a cab. Will they water down the wine for an extra fee as well?
