A Good Beer Blog

You're on the RSS reader, so about 30 minutes after you post generally. Definitely on top of it at work and/or school when I'm around the computer. Weekends are definitely a bit more chill.

Well, I'm an engineering graduate student so the only person whose time I'm wasting is my own. When all the math and integrated circuits start to get to be too much I open the Google Reader for some beery diversion. That could be any time of day: noon, evening, 4 AM.

My readership (not nearly as big as yours) also drops considerably at weekends. I guess people'd rather drink beer then than reading about it.

The weekend is for family. In other words, I'm not allowed turn on the laptop till the kid is in bed :D

I see the same pattern on www.IrishCraftBrewer.com and on my own blog.

Just the same on my blog. It's a weekday activity.

Considering scanning the beer blogosphere falls into the realm of my work (and Im guessing many others who follow you) it might explain some of your weekend drop off.

And yes my boss knows!

Hah! Good point. Never thought of that.

I am retired. I have always read about beer. In the 80's and 90's it was beer books. Now I just want to read about beer. This is a daily read for me, one of the first things I read in the morning. Okay, I check the hockey scores first, but quickly surf over here for my daily beer read.

I work in a lab and when I take a break, I'm usually doing light reading of beer blogs (both here in DC or elsewhere). It wets the palate for after hour activities...

I'm a weirdo: I don't have a computer at home! (I'm on ALL DAY at work, so I don't feel the need for one at home.) My supervisor doesn't mind at all, mainly because I'm good at my job, and because she happens to be very cool.
