I have a hard time with this topic as it really is really about food. Beer as maybe an ingredient. Maybe as an after thought. I don't know how it is about beer anymore than if it were to "beer and people I like" variations of which we have seen, unfortunately, before. Or the brilliant topic from last November "Beer I Like" or something like that. The Beer Nut provides the most generous take with his "No Pudding for Me" post. The Session needs really to focus. It's a good idea but it needs to be about beer. Because it is worth it.

Later: if I were to have a beer for dessert as opposed to a beer after a meal I could do far worse than Ijnde Jaars from Brouwerij 'tIJ, the beer and the brewery that challenges the very font upon which I write. A dubble? Christmas cake in a glass. Massive BAer respect.
