I did speak for myself and I wrote "rare" because it is rare. Too much writing beer for beer publications avoids touch issues in the same what much of boostering business writing does. Andy's piece proves its case through solid research and calls out a bad business practice. Rare. If that makes you uncomfortable for some reason, deal with it yourself.
