Autumn had to show sooner or later. We shared this one from the Dupont the does not make tires as clouds rolled in, trying to pick us off with the first splats of rain.
Clouded orange-amber ale with a lacy rich off white head. The scent is oddly a bit like lime juice and light rye bread. In the mouth there is the tell tale white pepper from the saison yeast but it is subdued behind cream malt and honey sweetness. The risk of cloy is kept in check by twig bitterness and tea astringency from the hops. Not a sugar bomb, there is some grain texture in with the pear and apricot juiciness.
This one is a great gateway saison. Bottled in 2005, this one was nicely balanced and less complex than most other saisons with the 8% neatly placed but for some that is a good thing. 96% BAer support.

This "biere de miel" has the label "BIO" which means the exclusive use of raw materials certified "BIO". No chemicals are used during production nor conservation. This is an added value to this great beer. Cheers!

Dear Sirs,
I am developing a study about cork stoppers and beer. Could you please let me have information about size of neck bottle and respective cork stopper.
Apreciated
