Well, it has taken a week to get the ballots all back in and counted for the beer blog's contest sponsored by Rock Ridge music. At stake are three copies of the CD We Couldn't Think of a Title by the band Psychostick featuring their single entitled "Beer". We thank all the contestants who took up the challenge. Here are the winners in no particular order:

• Captain Hops for his dedication to beer related haiku at the website Beer Daily Haiku.
• Hans for his quotation from A.E. Houseman.
• Todd for his reference to Shakespeare - and one that does not include killing all the lawyers.

Gary is going to get honourable mention and a loan of my own copy of the CD for his beer-based pottery. As a regular writer here, I had to check the contest rules and figure that he is excluded as a potter with beer blog writing privileges.
