Two more submissions of three pictures each to share today. Both are Eastlakians in their own way, one eastern Ontarian and one Upstate New Yorker. But both consider the hop and both are dependents of a sort on Rochester.
First, Ian in Ottawa, author of La Biere a Ian, sent me the submissions below for the beer photo contest today with the following note:
1) One is a dry-hopped Leffe Blonde, that we tried on a whim.Excellent work and I particularly like the title of the one of the cellar - "Aftermath Rochester". An inspiration for us all.
2) One is an infusion of cascade hops we tried in a Bodum for the fun of it
3) The last is what happens to your cellar when you go crazy overboard on imports.I have thousands of beer pictures, but these 3 came to mind easily...

Second, I received some really interesting photos on the theme of hops at the end of a homebrewing session from Dem in Rochester, NY, author of the blog demjonesdotcom. I have to apologize to Dem as these were actually the first submissions but an intervening cold going around our house over the weekend inverted time and space. Click on these ones for a much larger and more detailed view.

The fresh hopped Leffe was quite interesting, however, the hops infusion was....terrily bilous...
Maybe Alan would be interesting in ...the hoppy Dum!
