Fabulous. Welcome to my blog and our blog. You know, I have a bottle of the seaweed beer of yours cued up for a review. We should have a dialogue like in <i>The Compleat Angler</i> about it and what seaweed means. Being a Maritime Canadian I am used to the idea of seaweed as a consumable - dulse for example - and the tradtion behind your beer I would guess is based on the same idea.<p>By the way, I reviewed your historic ales set back here in November 2004.
