A Good Beer Blog

Reginald Goddard -

I was very intrigued by the last product you mentioned - the "september" ale. ¿Is the beer brewing process compatible with grape juice? does it ferment and produce something close to real wine? And this "assemblage", how does it really taste? It makes me remember my days as a teenager when we would buy some cheap Lager and mixed it with Semillon white wine. This abomination was called a "Yugoslavian"(never knew why, because I'm quite sure folks from the Balcans don`t mix beer with wine). The only real thing I can remember about it was the hangovers. They were positively the worst I have ever experienced. I wonder if this experiment from Panil does have the same issues as did the "Yugoslavian" from back then.

Anyway, this is the best Beer Blog around. Congratulations.
